My name is Anita and I have a bear obsession! I love making bears from my own patterns, and have tried to balance my bear making with my job as a first grade teacher, and now a new mommy! My daughter provides loads of inspiration and I hope that you enjoy looking at my creations as much as I love making them.

I have been around the bear world for many years now, formerly of East Bench Bears. I have won awards, been featured in Bears and Buds 2007, and was even on HGTV's "That's Clever" making one of my mohair creations!
